What makes their day easier… and their not-so-secret little habits.

Emma

Emma runs on three things: a daily dose of coffee, an incredible team around her, and a spreadsheet that is honestly a little too impressive. If it can be organised, colour coded, or tracked, Emma has probably already made a system for it. She’s got an eye for design, a talent for keeping things moving, and somehow always manages to have the cutest nails while doing it. Priorities, obviously.

Kirk

With years on the tools, Kirk brings the kind of knowledge you only get from being in the thick of it. His secret fuel? A cold Coke and a reliable process that gets the job done (no unnecessary fluff). He’s a legend when it comes to communication with trades, keeping everyone on the same page and making sure projects run smoothly. And of course… a good set of wheels helps; his Ford Ranger is basically part of the team.

Michelle

Michelle is the queen of keeping things looking good. Whether that’s a beautifully organised studio, a perfectly placed cushion, or a thriving collection of plants. With a green thumb, next-level organisation skills and a playlist ready for every occasion, Michelle brings calm, creativity and a seriously sharp eye to the team. 

Sam

Sam is proof that good ideas can happen anywhere, including on a daily bike ride to work. Whether he’s listening to tunes, catching up on soccer, or deep in the details of a design, he’s always switched on. Known for his epic design detailing and thoughtful approach, Sam brings the kind of precision that makes the little things feel effortless. Add in a hot cuppa tea (or 7), and he’s good to go.

Hannah

Hannah knows kitchens, and not just where to put the fridge. With a talent for spatial planning, clever solutions and thinking outside the box, she has a way of making spaces work smarter. She’s got an eye for the details, creates efficient documentation, and somehow manages to do it all while enjoying an afternoon iced coffee (the unofficial fuel of great ideas). If there’s a way to make a space function better, Hannah is already five steps ahead.

Sarah

Sarah is powered by a few essentials: a V for liquid energy, an unhealthy (but productive) love for Pinterest, and a genuine obsession with a good construction detail. With a passion for fun, creative design and a knack for making clients feel heard, Sarah brings energy to every project. Her design flair has been recognised nationally through ADNZ, but she’ll still happily spend hours getting excited over the tiny details most people would never notice.
