Our lead architectural designer, Sarah Cheetham (LBP Design 2 & ADNZ Professional member), manages residential and commercial projects from initial consultation through to building consent approval. We handle territorial research, feasibility, 2D/3D design documentation, and full council consent administration.
Whether you're planning a new home build, a major renovation or a light commercial fit-out, we prepare a full set of architectural drawings that meet New Zealand building code requirements and stand up to council scrutiny the first time.

Our project management service can be engaged independently even if your design was developed elsewhere. We step in, assess your project documentation, and take full ownership of the build-phase delivery.
